CERES fellowships for post-doctoral studies are granted by the Central European Initiative in cooperation with the European Union (under the 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development) to applicants from CEI Member States, including Montenegro. More ...
CERES Fellowships have duration of 12 months, and are intended for researchers-applicants holding a PhD or having at least four years of research experience (equivalent to PhD degree).
CERES programmes are implemented through a network of five research institutes covering a wide spectrum of fields of scientific research, namely: ICGEB - International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, ICTP-International Centre for Theoretical Physics, SISSA-International School for Advanced Studies, ELLETRA and CBM.
Applicants selected by the organizers will receive living and accommodation allowance during the fellowship period, travel allowance – one return ticket to and from the host country, plus possible costs of participation in scientific meetings to be held during the fellowship period, and health insurance according to the regulations of each hosting research centre in this area.
