Exhibition of Svetlana Dragojević’s works in Ankara

Exhibition of works of Svetlana Dragojević, painter and one of the most prominent artists of younger generation, was opened at the Contemporary Art Museum in Ankara on 3 June at 18:30. The exhibition was opened by Mr. Ramo Bralić, the ambassador of Montenegro to Turkey. The opening ceremony was attended by a number of representatives of cultural and public life in Ankara, members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of the Montenegrin diaspora and former Yugoslav republics. Svetlana Dragojevic presented exhibition entitled Urban Utopia, which consists of 70 works (paintings, drawings, oil on canvas, mixed media) to numerous fine arts admirers. The exhibition catalogue was issued in three languages (Montenegrin, Turkish, English).

The organizers of the exhibition are the Agency for International Cooperation and the Ankara Contemporary Art Museum. The exhibition will be over the next month.

The Agency for International Cooperation continues with this exhibition its well-known tradition of presenting and affirming Montenegrin culture and artists abroad, which, in the opinion of art critics, meet the high European and world standards.
